RETURN POLICY
Should you like to make a return on a product purchased through Salt NIX, please email us at orders@SaltNIX.ca
We offer a 15-day return policy on any unused items that are factory sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. The 15-day return window begins on the day of arrival of your merchandise.
Due to their nature, consumables are always a final sale. Salt NIX defines consumable products as: e-juice, accessories, drip tips and any replacement parts.
*Please note: You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated to mailing the returned item(s). We highly recommend insuring all return packages, as any incidents of loss or damage in the return of the product are your responsibility.
All clearance or sale products are final sale.
WARRANTY
Salt NIX offers a 15-day warranty on select items. The 15-day warranty begins on the day of arrival of your merchandise. If an defect become apparent to you outside of our 15-day warranty, we kindly ask that you contact the manufacturer directly.
What is covered by our warranty?
- Defective products
- Products that are damaged upon arrival
What is not covered by our warranty?
- Cell batteries, drip tips, coils or any other accessories provided with a device
- Failure or damage caused due to improper use
- Unauthorized repair
- Clearance items
- Damage cause by excessive force such as dropping or cross-threading
- Failure or damage caused from improper use. This includes water damage, e-juice leaking, fire damage and usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See user manual for operating instructions)
- Leaky devices
- Loss
- Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
